So much uncertainty at the moment!!

Local regional lockdowns, tier 1, 2, 3 lockdowns, national lockdowns? The uncertainty, worry and anxiety from current on-going situation with COVID-19 is taking its toll on our daily lives from restrictions imposed, fear of the virus, employment concerns/loss, financial worries, being apart from family and friends. This can all contribute significantly to our mental health and well-being. Counselling can offer a safe space to explore what is going on for you right now if you are experiencing difficulties in your life that may feel difficult to cope with, overwhelming or just leaving feeling fed up, stressed, anxious and feeling low.

Due to the uncertainty, I am currently suspending new face to face counselling appointments until further news of the potential imminent national lockdown in the UK that may restrict my ability in being able to offer face to face sessions.

However, regardless of national restrictions imposed from a lockdown, I am able to offer both video or telephone counselling sessions. I understand these are not the same as face to face and whilst they can offer the same therapeutic benefit, this form of communication is not for everyone. If you are interested in seeing if this is something you would like to try, why not contact me for a free 15 minute telephone consultation.

Further sessions are offered for 1 hour that are £40 per session.

Reduced rates can be offered if up to 5 sessions are paid in advance. Please contact me for more information.

If you feel I am someone you would like to work with, I would love to hear from you. Also, if you have checked out my website and feel I am not the person for you, I wish you well in finding the right counsellor for you for making positive changes in your life.

Take care of yourselves.
